Colombia Leadership Training

Colombia Leadership Training benefits those who have demonstrated leadership potential and are engaged in ministry through the church, as well as potential leaders, by providing funding for leadership and professional development opportunities. These funds help both mestizo and indigenous leaders recommended and shaped spiritually by the Colombian church.
Funds are invested in a variety of ways in the development of leaders: in seminary costs, missions trips, church-based theological education participation (ETBIL) and in business start-up endeavors to help sustain families involved in ministry.
