Colombia Leadership Training

Colombia Leadership Training strengthens the Church by investing in leaders who serve their communities and share the Gospel. The program provides funding for leadership and professional development for both current and emerging leaders. These include mestizo and Indigenous believers who have been recommended and spiritually formed by the Colombian church.

Funding supports seminary education, missions trips, and church-based theological training. It also helps launch small businesses that provide financial stability for families involved in ministry. Each investment equips leaders to grow in their faith, expand their reach, and build up the body of Christ in Colombia.
