Founded by Gimy and Cristina Caballero, FUNDENA is engaging local communities in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, to improve the lives of children, teenagers and women under the paradigm of “Living Well”. Their efforts focus on reintegration and healing of children and teenagers at risk, children susceptible to oppressive labor practices, and women vulnerable to violence and homelessness.
The Caballeros and their team use prevention strategies, advocacy, job training, family appreciation events, business enterprises and other local development efforts to see lives transformed through FUNDENA.
