Robertson, Emily

After high school, Emily moved far from home to intentionally study Intercultural Religious Studies at Trinity Western University as God had put the call to missions on her heart. Emily first felt confirmed in this call when she had the opportunity to serve and learn in a week-long mission trip to Acapulco, Mexico. Over the years as she participated in short-term ministry in Brazil, Honduras, and again in Mexico, Emily has felt confirmed in the call to serve in Latin America.

Emily’s experience as a house parent in a respite home, and her history working with youth and young adults has prepared her to join the Bogotá team and help reach the youth of Colombia for Christ. She will join the efforts of Fundación Comunidad Viva to disciple and mentor youth and young adults.
