Monte brings over 20 years of mission experience to his role as SAM’s Mobilization Director, where he serves on the International Personnel team. He and his wife, Andrea, spent nine years serving in Bolivia before returning to the U.S. in 2012. Since then, Monte has served as Director of Short Term as well as Mobilization with SIM, and in 2024, he transitioned to join the SAM family.
Monte holds a Master’s in Christian Leadership and has a passion for godly leadership, mobilizing global missions, and prayer. He enjoys walking alongside individuals as they explore their calling to cross-cultural ministry and problem-solving. His administrative skills and vision casting are helping to shape the future of SAM.
Monte and Andrea continue to serve with SIM, where Andrea is part of the International Leadership Team. They are proud parents of three daughters.
