Kristin, with a diverse background in both professional and ministry settings, brings valuable insights to SAM. She serves as Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) on SAM’s Senior Leadership Team, leading the marketing, development, and mobilization teams. Together, they work to resource SAM’s ministries and share its impactful stories. Passionate about relational ministry, networking, and creative problem-solving, Kristin’s heart leans into leadership development and organizational change. She enjoys speaking and teaching about global leadership and guest lectures at conferences, training events, and Christian colleges.

Before joining SAM, Kristin worked in Christian publishing and advertising, consulted on leadership development, and served on her local church staff. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wheaton College and studied Biblical Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary.

A trained professional musician, she leads worship for women’s conferences plus plays trumpet and piano professionally. She volunteers with her church in worship leadership and women’s crisis ministry. Additionally, she serves on the International PCA Women’s Discipleship Committee board, providing gospel leadership training to women worldwide. Kristin and her husband Bill have three grown children.
