Lily Thurlow and Refugio de Esperanza

October 31st, 2025

We’re thankful that Lily Thurlow is back in Pucallpa, Peru, serving at Refugio de Esperanza (The Refuge of Hope) after several months in the U.S. with her family and church.

At Refugio, Lily works in the classroom with Deaf students. She has a deep heart for helping these young people grow in their understanding of God’s love and their identity in Christ.

Praise God for bringing her back and for the joy she finds in watching students grow in faith and serve in their local church. Pray for Lily as she settles back into life and ministry in Pucallpa, asking God to give her strength, joy, and wisdom as she serves the Deaf community.
