Mike Anderson, with the support of SAMAIR, had the joy of visiting a Shipibo community in Peru during a special anniversary celebration. As part of the visit, the team dropped candy from the mission plane for the children and delivered supplies to support the village’s Christmas celebration, simple moments of joy that opened doors for connection and encouragement.
During the trip, the team also spent time at the Shipibo Bible Institute, where Mike assists with teacher training and infrastructure support. This institute plays a vital role in equipping Indigenous leaders to bring biblical teaching back to their own communities.
Please pray for the Shipibo Bible Institute as they seek to train more students to faithfully share God’s Word. Pray for the children and families in these communities, and for continued opportunities to serve with love, creativity, and partnership through missions aviation.
