The Gopalans serve with South America Mission

We’re thankful to welcome Atul and Maritza Gopalan, along with their children Gideon and Izabella, as new appointees with South America Mission! The Gopalans are beginning the journey of building a prayer and financial support team as they prepare to serve in Peru.

Atul, who grew up in India and the U.S., has a background in teaching and years of mission experience across Asia and Africa. Maritza, who grew up in Lima, Peru, has a heart for church planting and hopes to use her training in dental care and translation to serve others. Together, their family desires to strengthen churches and share the hope of Christ in Peru.

Please pray for the Gopalans as they connect with churches, share their story, and invite others to partner with them in God’s work. Ask God to provide for their needs and prepare the way for fruitful ministry in Peru.
