Opportunity: Internships

Engage Internships

Yes, we need skills. But, moreover, we need hearts transformed by Jesus. We seek interns ready to serve, eyes wide open, for a deeper understanding of God’s work in Latin America. Our internships aim to impart a deep understanding of SAM’s vision, mission, and identity while providing a hands-on ministry experience and real exposure to missionary work. Interns draw closer to the heart of Jesus as they work alongside us to build an abiding, loving, redemptive, suffering and growing community to whom people say: “Let us go with you, for we have heard God is with you.” Zechariah 8.23

Ideal for young people looking to understand God’s call on their life, internships vary in duration, cost, and ministry involvement. We construct internships to maximize the personal and spiritual growth of each intern and support the ongoing ministry of long-term missionaries. We coordinate with universities to fulfill intern credit requirements if those requirements align with the work of our ministries.

SAM sets a budget for each internship and provides training on effective support raising techniques. You raise your support through SAM, where all donations are tax-deductible.

Join us on this journey to see redeemed lives, beautiful churches, and transformed communities in Latin America. Start today by completing our Contact Form.
