Founded by Indigenous pastors and leaders, CONPLEI (National Congress of Evangelical Indigenous Pastors and Leaders) exists to glorify God among Brazil’s tribes. This movement strengthens the Indigenous Church, trains leaders, and mobilizes believers for Gospel outreach.

Under the leadership of Henrique Terena Dias, CONPLEI equips Indigenous leaders through conferences, youth events, and pastoral training. These leaders shepherd their communities and bring the hope of Christ to unreached groups across the Amazon and beyond.

Since its founding in 1991, CONPLEI has grown into a national movement of Indigenous pastors, churches, and missionaries. They all work together to fulfill the Great Commission in Brazil. Their mission includes:

• Strengthening Indigenous pastors and churches through leadership development and pastoral care.
• Advocating for Indigenous rights while upholding biblical values.
• Mobilizing Indigenous missionaries to reach their own people with the Gospel.
• Fostering partnerships with churches, organizations, and global believers to advance the Kingdom.

The Indigenous Church has incredible potential to reach their own people in ways no one else can.
