Catalyzing a Gospel movement that transforms the city.
Cities across South America are now the primary context of human life and cultural formation. With nearly 80% of the population living in urban centers, Latin America stands as one of the most urbanized regions in the world. Yet the distribution of gospel presence remains strikingly misaligned: approximately 80% of churches are still located in rural contexts where only about 20% of the population lives. This gap is not only a missional challenge, but a defining opportunity for the future of the church in the region.
But cities are not simply places to be reached; they are spaces that require deep collaboration. No single church, network, or organization can faithfully respond to the complexity of urban life alone. What is needed are gospel ecosystems that embody the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17, visible, interdependent collaboration that makes the reality of God’s kingdom tangible so that the world may believe. In contrast, the church often faces the corrosive forces of competition and tribalism, which fragment witness and weaken credibility in the very places that most need gospel presence.
A Gospel Ecosystem is a coordinated approach to church planting and church renewal in the city. It is built around four interconnected axes: Training, Coaching, Faith & Work, and Justice & Mercy, all are intentionally designed to strengthen, sustain, and multiply healthy churches in urban contexts. These are not parallel programs, but integrated dimensions that shape leaders and churches for long-term gospel renewal in the city.
Cities in Latin America do not merely need more churches; they need renewed, gospel-centered churches committed to the flourishing of the whole city—faithful in proclamation and present in public life. This vision is expressed in our longing: “We long to see a gospel-centered movement that serves as a catalyst for the renewal of the city. By fostering deep collaboration and interdependence, we unite churches and ministries to seek the flourishing of our city and the advancement of God’s kingdom.”
Our vision is to see collaborative ecosystems of church planting and renewal take root in strategic cities, where leaders are formed, churches are strengthened, and the beauty of Christ’s kingdom is displayed through unified witness in the heart of urban life.
We also recognize that this kind of vision cannot be carried by any one organization, denomination, or funding source alone. It is a shared calling of the whole body of Christ expressed in a particular place and time. For that reason, we are inviting partnership.

Practically, it allows us to equip and train leaders, walk alongside church planters, and strengthen the collaboration between churches so that they can serve their cities together with greater faithfulness and fruitfulness.
