The Need & The Impact

Across the Americas, an aging missionary corps and under-resourced local leaders are leaving critical gaps in ministry and church planting. Through the Next Gen Fund, God is mobilizing a vibrant new wave of equipped Kingdom workers—both sent from North America and raised up within South America—to step into these vital roles.

What the Fund is Set Up For

The Next Gen Fund is designed to financially support, train, and equip young leaders to sustain and expand God’s Kingdom. By funding theological education for national believers and removing deployment barriers for young North American missionaries, we catalyze a unified, cross-cultural workforce. We serve alongside these emerging leaders to deeply disciple them, ensuring the next generation is fully prepared to spark lasting Gospel Transformation.

With seasoned missionaries retiring and local ministries needing fresh momentum, investing in these young leaders ensures the church’s mission doesn’t just survive, but actively thrives. This dual approach aligns perfectly with our mission to catalyze and serve the church in South America for gospel transformation, bridging the gap between generations to secure a vibrant future for the global church.

You can be a part of this work by helping us launch a new North American missionary or providing vital biblical training for an emerging national leader. Will you consider a monthly gift of $50 or a one-time gift of $600 (This amount can sponsor a national leader for one semester of biblical training!) to equip this next generation, ensuring the urgent work of the Gospel continues uninterrupted for decades to come?
