Schultz, Eric & Kymm

Eric serves as the Personnel Director, based out of the SAM’s home office in Fort Mill, SC. He and his wife, Kymm, joined SAM in 2018. His focus is to work closely with the other executive staff, implementing the vision and goals for SAM as they relate to recruiting, training, deployment, and ongoing care of the missionary corps.

Eric previously served as a worship pastor and enjoys outdoor activities, music, family time, and helping people grow in the Lord. The Schultz family served in Honduras from 2006-2012, with Eric as the director of a permanent foster care ministry. He also served in a lay capacity at a TEAM church plant in Tegucigalpa.
