The Need & The Impact

Healthy churches require healthy leaders. As the Church continues to grow across South America, pastors and ministry leaders need ongoing biblical, theological, and practical training to faithfully shepherd their congregations, disciple believers, and plant new churches. By investing in leadership development, we equip church leaders to strengthen the Church where they serve while expanding the reach of the Gospel to communities that have yet to hear the hope of Christ.

What the Fund is Set Up For

The Leadership Development Fund invests in pastors, church leaders, and emerging Christian leaders who are already serving faithfully in their local churches. Through accessible training, mentoring, and discipleship opportunities, we equip them with the biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, and encouragement they need to lead healthy churches, make disciples, and raise up future leaders throughout South America.

When church leaders are equipped, the Church is strengthened.

Healthy leaders cultivate healthy congregations that faithfully proclaim the Gospel, disciple believers, and invest in the next generation of leaders. As churches grow in maturity and mission, they become better equipped to reach both their own communities and neighboring regions with the hope of Christ, bringing lasting gospel transformation across South America.
