Canadian South America Mission, Inc., also known as CANSAM, formed in 1982 as a legalized entity in Canada to facilitate the sending of missionaries, from local churches, to South America.
Canadian missionaries integrate into the ministry community and work alongside SAM missionaries from the United States and Latin America. CANSAM and SAM share a vision—to see the church of Jesus Christ multiplied across South America, transforming lives and communities as the people of God embody the Kingdom of God.
